What we receive
When you send a brief we receive the contact details, event information and equipment choices you enter. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.
Why
Only to answer your enquiry, understand what you need and prepare a quotation. Sending a brief doesn’t book anything and doesn’t sign you up to marketing.
Where it’s kept
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database. Only EvenTX staff with the access key can read them. Your in-progress brief is saved in your own browser (local storage) until you send or clear it; logos you try in the Projection Lab never leave your device.
Cookies
Visitors aren’t tracked. A single essential cookie keeps staff signed in to the enquiry inbox.
Your requests
To ask about an enquiry, or have it corrected or deleted, email marketing@eventxqa.com or call +974 3039 4922, quoting your reference if you have it.
